Following the restrictions due to the COVID19 pandemic, the Futuro Digitale Non profit Association organized a first videoconference dissemination to present the “SustaiNEET” project, which was attended by very interested parties from their stations.
During the conference the project was presented in general, however, dealing with the theme of the economic crisis that has hit Europe in the last decade and has led to high levels of youth unemployment and therefore disengagement among young people. Considering the current situation, the main objective of “SustaiNEET” is to increase NEET participation in the labor market and in education by training young workers in effective engagement methodologies.
The participants were very interested in the topic, precisely because being in the situation described, they are curious to understand how to solve the problem.
