The European Erasmus + KA2 “TransitAction” project is proceeding at full speed!

The TransitAction project goes on! In recent months, numerous meetings between the partners have taken place, from the kickoff in October to the TransitAction Training in March, a one-week online training event that involved over 100 participants from different countries: Italy, Belgium, Ireland, Greece and Slovenia!

The aim of the project is to provide Young Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (YAASD), their Coaches and anyone else in this area with new tools to facilitate the transition from study to work and support them in the difficult transition from school or from inactivity to employment.

Among the various interventions, we presented the new content-rich platform. These contents will be useful to the people involved in the project, to companies and to YAASDs in finding work, improving conditions in the workplace and much more.

This project is proving to be a stimulating and very interesting experience, made possible thanks to the work of the partners involved:

  • European Platform of Rehabilitation – Belgium
  • Autimatic – Belgium
  • GTB – Belgium
  • Rehab Group – Ireland
  • Ίδρυμα H Θεοτόκος – Greece
  • University Rehabilitation Institute – Slovenia

In the coming months, other meetings will take place, one of which in Italy, and the second training event will follow in November. Keep following us to stay informed on all the news!
